• Engineered a zero-touch macOS provisioning pipeline with Google Apps Script and JumpCloud Commands, removing EUC from new-joiner onboarding entirely.
• Drove 100% OS compliance across 105 corporate endpoints in three regions using JumpCloud policies and PowerShell reporting against the REST API.
• Decommissioned 860 stale records from a 1,600-device JumpCloud fleet through a two-phase PowerShell audit and cleanup pipeline.
• Led incident response on a credential-theft event, owning EDR alert triage end-to-end on SentinelOne, and delivered console training to the EUC and TST teams.

• Developed Excel VBA automation for performance reporting, call scheduling and batch scoring, cutting report preparation from hours to minutes.
• Built a healthcare document pipeline in Python that generates reminder letters and referral packets from Excel, converts to PDF, encrypts, and packages per account.
• Shipped a Tkinter performance file generator using pandas, openpyxl and multiprocessing, collaborating on GitHub with a colleague for version control and reviews.
