Removed EUC from new-joiner onboarding
Built a Google Apps Script and JumpCloud Commands pipeline that handles macOS setup for new hires. EUC doesn't need to touch the device anymore.

Halving a 1,600-Device JumpCloud Fleet
Decommissioned 860 stale device records, reducing fleet size by ~50%
Wrote a PowerShell pipeline that found and removed 860 stale devices from the JumpCloud directory. The fleet went from around 1,600 records to roughly 740. 90-day inactivity cutoff.

Driving 100% OS Compliance Across 105 Corporate Endpoints
Achieved 100% OS version compliance across 105 endpoints across 3 regions
Ran a multi-region OS update across the corporate fleet. JumpCloud policies handled the push, PowerShell caught the non-compliant machines, and we landed at 100% on 105 endpoints.
